Cuelume sells directed AI production kits and also produces video as an agency. Free kits may be copied and adapted. Premium kits require an active Unlimited grant (yearly subscription or founding lifetime). A project brief submitted through the site is a conversation starter, not a production contract.

Generated output is produced in the models you already use. Cuelume does not guarantee identical results between runs. Commercial client use is allowed on Unlimited plans as described on the plan page.

The affiliate program pays 30% of settled Unlimited invoice amounts after refunds, disputes and a 15-day hold, with a $50 minimum payout. Cuelume may reject or suspend affiliate accounts, including for brand-bidding or misleading claims.

These terms are the working product policy until a counsel-reviewed contract replaces them.
